Temperature and pressure head

The CTP head was designed for pressure pumping of biological materials, such as hydrogels and all materials requiring strictly controlled working conditions. Our system allows both cooling below ambient temperature and heating in the range of 4 – 60℃. The head is designed to work with standardized 3 ml cartridges. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure pressing, which allows precise application of individual layers of material.

Calibration head

A measuring head used to map the working surface in the space of our 3D bioprinter. It allows you to create a three-dimensional map of the table surface for glass, Petri dishes, multi-well plates (max. number of wells = 12). This map allows you to correct the height of the print bed in real time while printing.

UVP pressure head

The UVP head is designed to extrude materials in liquid form under controlled pressure. At the same time, thanks to the UV diode system, it is possible to work with light-curing materials continuously. This solution ensures increased exposure of the material to the cross-linking agent, which increases the possibility of working with liquid materials. Depending on the materials used, the cross-linking power can be smoothly adjusted. Additionally, thanks to the head equipped with an electric heating jacket, it is possible to carry out work in the temperature range of 20 – 60°C. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure pressing, which allows precise application of individual layers of material.

Pressure Print Head (PPP)

The pressure printing head is the basic execution tool for 3D bioprinting. It allows you to print complex structures in three-dimensional space from viscous materials such as silicones, pastes or biomaterials. The 3D printing process using a PPP head takes place at ambient temperature. It is adapted to work with standardized 3 ml cartridges. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure pressing, which allows precise application of individual layers of material.

Filament Head (FFF)

This head is intended for three-dimensional printing using thermoplastic materials in the form of filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm. It is characterized by precision, the ability to work with various types of filaments and the ability to precisely control printing parameters. The FFF head has an operating temperature of up to 240 °C and is equipped with a dedicated fan for cooling the prints. Moreover, the user can replace the nozzle with the diameter required by the user in the range of 0.1 - 0.8 mm.

Pressure, high-temperature printing head

This head is intended for 3D printing models using materials such as granules and powder. It is equipped with a heating system that allows maintaining a stable high 3D printing temperature - up to 220°C - so we can process materials with a higher melting point and deposit them on the table surface. Working with materials in the form of granules or powder significantly increases the availability of materials for work. The head is adapted to work with standardized high-temperature cartridges with a capacity of 3 ml. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure pressing, which allows precise application of individual layers of material.

Głowica PUREDYNE®

The PUREDYNE® head consists of a motor unit (KIT B) and a temperature control module (CONTROL B5). It enables precise deposition of viscous biological materials using progressive cavity technology. Thanks to the rotor-based mechanism, it allows printing with ceramic pastes, conductive inks, and bioinks containing sensitive cells. The integrated heating and cooling system (4–40°C) ensures optimal conditions for cells, supporting their viability and the quality of bioprinting throughout the entire process.
