BioCloner Desktop Pro is an advanced laboratory 3D bioprinter designed for the precise bioprinting of biomaterials and bioinks. The system supports both extrusion-based (filament) and pressure-based printing with temperature control, enabling reliable processing of hydrogels, highly viscous materials and thermoplastic materials.

Its modular architecture, featuring interchangeable printheads, a temperature-controlled printbed and an integrated calibration system, ensures high accuracy, repeatability, and process stability. The enclosed build chamber, equipped with H14 HEPA filtration and UV-C sterilization, provides a controlled environment suitable for working with biologically sensitive materials.

BioCloner Desktop Pro enables direct bioprinting into laboratory vessels, including Petri dishes and multiwell plates, using semi-automatic build surface calibration and vessel geometry detection to ensure precise positioning. The integrated UV-A photocrosslinking system stabilizes printed structures during the printing process, while the automated nozzle cleaning system maintains consistent material extrusion and high print quality.

The system is equipped with a range of interchangeable printheads designed to process different materials, significantly expanding the possibilities for research applications.
