4. Categories of personal data include, among others name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, data dedicated to the process/service/project;

5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator: IT service providers;

6. Your personal data will be stored for the period of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, unless you express opposition to data processing;

7. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;

8. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU.L No. 119, p. 1);
